Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management
- Assist in the planning and preparation of World HR Congress, including venue selection, contract negotiations, and logistics coordination.
- To work together on SHRI signature events: HR Awards, HR Hackathon and Learning Festival.
- Able to initiate and contribute innovative ideas and approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event materials, such as programs, agendas, and marketing collateral.
Administration
- Support the registration process by managing delegate information, handling queries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Aid in the coordination of event logistics, including accommodation arrangements, transportation, and on-site facilities.
- Collect feedback and evaluations from delegates, vendors, and partners to identify areas of improvement for future events.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the event management team.
Relationship Building
- Help facilitate networking opportunities and promote delegate engagement during social events and breaks.
- Act as a chaperone for delegates, providing assistance and guidance throughout the event, ensuring a positive delegate experience.
- Assist with on-site event management, including registration, session support, exhibitor assistance, and managing event flow.

- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping, delegate information, and logistical arrangements.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and learn from hands-on experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve event objectives.
Other Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Internship duration:
- Minimum 4 months commitment. Preferably candidates who have a longer commitment period up to 1 year.
