Job Description
- Support the team to prepare for an upcoming global HR conference held on 14-16 May 2024.
- Support the maintenance and update of conference-related content on the company website.
- Assist in the producing and uploading of marketing materials onto social media platforms.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of promotional activities leading up to the conference.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing of data from marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
- Provide on-site support during the conference, including assistance with logistical tasks.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of the events and marketing plans.
Support team with contacting and managing speakers and delegates from around the world.
