Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Intern Writer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in drafting and editing personalized immigration letters and appeals, ensuring they are professional, persuasive, and tailored to each client's unique circumstances. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in law, immigration, writing, or communications to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and personalize immigration-related letters , cover letters, and appeals.

Review and edit letters to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to immigration guidelines.

Collaborate with the legal team to gather necessary information and ensure documents meet legal requirements.

Conduct research on immigration laws, processes, and case precedents to enhance the quality of appeals.

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all written content.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care.

Assist in other writing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to write in a professional, persuasive, and empathetic tone.

Currently pursuing or recently diploma/degree in English, Law, Communications, or a related field.

Interest in immigration law and the legal processes associated with immigration.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Familiarity with legal writing or immigration policies is a plus but not required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs.
