Among the key events initiated by SiTF are the SiTF infocomm Leaders Golf, SiTF Awards, SITEX and ICT Business Summit. The key initiatives include MatchiT, PartneriT, 123JumpStart, SiTF Academy, Productivity and Productisation Programme Office (PPPO) and administering the ‘Infocomm Singapore’ brand.

Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive Director/Director on all secretarial functions include prepare & manage correspondences, reports and documents, organize and coordinate meetings, maintain schedules and calendars, assist in travel arrangements and expenses claims,
  • Provide office support including office maintenance and supplies such as stationery and beverages, office security and insurance renewal
  • Assist in HR related matters such as staff recruitment, new hire orientation program, work pass application, staff training coordination, grant application, coordinate interview and other HR related matters
  • Prepare monthly productivity and staff movement report
  • Manage all confidential records and documents include filing and retrieval. Provide administrative support for all claims and government grants
  • Support operations team on events as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma holder with relevant training or qualification
  • Energetic, steady, good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, well organized with a good eye for details
  • Knowledge and experience of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Proficient in MS office
