About the role:
A key part of designing our HR strategies is in understanding the Talent landscape and the needs of the startups. Each industry and tech domain has its own unique requirements and needs specific recommendations to address the talent issues it faces. In this role, you will be supporting the research study for a specific domain and/or technology. You will be part of the team to design the research project i.e., setting the objective, the research methodology, data points to be collected, the analysis of the data, reporting of the research outcome and putting forth recommendations. There is a potential for job conversion to operationalise recommended strategies.
Requirements:
- Enjoy meeting new people and forming partnerships with others
- Familiarity with at least one of the following domains (Agritech, Foodtech, Biotech, Healthtech, Medtech, and Smart Nation & Digital Economy)
- Strong critical thinking and ability to see opportunities
- Familiarity with various research methodology and experience in conducting research, data analysis and reporting
- Use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse data and derive insights
- Strong excel skills needed to perform data analysis and modelling
- Great planning and implementation skills
- Able to communicate, write, and present with professionalism
It will be advantageous if:
- You have HR experience
- You have experience working with startups
- You are currently pursuing your Master’s Degree (in relevant fields)
