Job Description

PROGRAMME INTERN

Job Scope:

  • Assist the Programming department in programming administration matters
  • Assist to compile and keep track of submissions
  • Assist in film research and managing film database
  • Assist in the IMDA submissions process
  • Assist in general administration and logistics for the festival
  • Assist at events run by the festival (physical, virtual or hybrid)

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification – Diploma / A Levels. Currently enrolled students are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Responsible, calm, meticulous, organised and able to meet timelines
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets
  • Enjoy meeting people 
  • Able to work independently and yet a team player
  • Experience with arts organisations or events, will be an advantage
  • Basic photo/video editing skills preferred
  • Must have interest in film and/or the arts
