Within Singapore, SMG has more than 30 clinics strategically located in central Singapore and mature heartland estates. The central clinics are situated at Paragon, Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Gleneagles Medical Centre, Downtown Gallery, while the heartland clinics are situated at Bedok, Bishan, Hougang, Jurong, Tiong Bahru, Punggol and Toa Payoh. This hub-and-spoke model provides ease of access to our patients and is aligned with our promise to provide patient-centred care to every individual. To further elevate the patient experience, HiDoc, a telemedicine application was created in 2019 to enable virtual consultation and digital storage of the individual’s health records.
The Group has four established pillars, namely Aesthetics, Diagnostic Imaging & Screening, Oncology and Women’s and Children’s Health. In each of these disciplines, we are committed to providing our patients with experienced doctors and proven technology, through our network of providers within Asia.
• Provide IT field support to end users, mainly to clinic’s system support or 1st level application system support to multiple sites in Singapore (Clinic Management System, Workstation, Mobile Devices, Printer / Label Printer / Scanners, Wireless Access Point, Digital Phone….etc)
L1 onsite / remote trouble-shooting and support including setup of end user computing device.
Participate in dispatch, phone and incident support User-administration and IT Hardware asset management.
. Provide administration and L1 support for clinical applications.
. Monitor and manage IT helpdesk tickets, Log, track and execute issue to completion
. Assist in new clinic setup, clinic relocation or clinic closure
. Conduct user IT training and maintain proper and updated IT user guides in line with the existing IT landscape.
• Provide daily technical support for system security, network (LAN, VPN, WAN) firewall, antivirus, server (Physical, HyperV), Network Attach Storages ..etc)
L1 Network / System / Security management and backup
. Support the organization’s IT infrastructure ensuring it operate in an optimum and secure manner.
. System administration and backup operation for all critical system’s and maintenance of anti-virus software.
. Ensure all critical system are up to date with their latest patches / firmware.
. Support security initiative in review, logging, monitoring, and investigation.
. Regular reviews, monitor and report on account and system performance.
. Participate in technology evaluation and provide recommendation.
• Work closely with users, vendors to test and deliver system enhancements or projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery
. Assist in application implementations, rollouts & deployments, issue tracking
. Convey and coordinate with business user, vendor and IT resources on application issue / changes / enhancements
. Performs other IT duties as assigned
