JOB PURPOSE
To provide an excellent and effective administrative functions/support to the IT and Administration Department, thereby contributing to the smooth backend operations of Singapore Red Cross Society.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Operations
● To provide administrative paperwork support in the daily operation of the IT, Facilities, and Office Management Department;
● To assist Office Management in Assets Tagging and Tracking;
● To assist IT in Electronic Assets Tracking;
● To assist Facilities in maintaining proper documentations;
2. Administration
● Assist in tracking and renewal of General Insurance with Office Management;
● Assist in tracking of Facilities Maintenance Contract with Facilities Team;
● Assist in tracking of IT Maintenance Contract with IT Team;
3. Any Other Duties
● Participate in society events/activities, which occasionally occurs on weekends;
Additional Skills & Knowledge
● Good knowledge in G-Suite (Google Apps for Work) and Sage 300 software will be an advantage;
● Good organisational and administration skills are essentials and the ability to prioritise the workload effectively and meet deadlines;
● A good team player, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels, including the volunteers;
● Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task.
