PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Operations
1.1. Conducts training assignments as scheduled by Course Scheduler.
1.2. Provides support to overall CFALS projects and events such as community outreach activities.
1.3. Handles the post course and workshop administration such as attendance, evaluation and certification.
1.4. Manages the administrative and logistical needs for the internal corporate run and micro-learning courses.
2. Any Other Duties
2.1. Perform basic office duties.
2.2. To comply with SRC ISO 29993 requirements.
2.3. To fulfil or contribute towards attaining the ISO 29993 objectives.
3. Additional skills and knowledge
3.1. Good command of both spoken and written English.
3.2. Excellent computer literacy; in the use of Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
3.3. As some of our customers are Mandarin-speaking, knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
