KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash Operations
● Daily receiving and processing of donations (cash/ cheques) for banking in
● Issue receipts for all donations (IPC / DMS / manual)
● Custodian of petty cash float and bi-monthly disbursement of petty cash
Finance Operations
● Maintain records for fund raising drives
● Monthly update of fixed assets register
● Monthly update of fixed deposits schedule
● Maintaining records for receipt books utilized
● Preparation of quarterly GST Returns
● Preparation of documents for updating of bank signatories
Customer Management
● Assist in Fundraising Events’ cash collections
● Assist in cash collections from operation departments
● Liaise with Fundraising department on donor queries
● Assist in Ad Hoc projects as assigned Systems
● Assist the department with regards to the IPC and DMS systems
Other Duties
● Create Purchase Requisitions for Finance department
● Any other work that may be assigned from time to time
Additional Skills & Knowledge
● Good command of both spoken and written English
● Ability to write reports well in a manner understandable to non-financial persons ● Computer Literate
● Able to multitask and handle higher work volume during peak periods
● Familiarity with ACCPAC accounting system is an advantage, but not a must
