Job Description
Internship roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure that the campsite is fit-for-purpose
- Assist RCY staff with campsite walkthrough to ensure that the campsite is safe for users of the premise
- Provide recommendations on how the Humanitarian Trail can be further enhanced to be more age-appropriate and appealing for youths and members of the public
- Supporting inventory management and preparation for RCY Events
- Priority to assist RCY Uniformed Group (UG) with packing and sorting of inventory for event preparation and distribution to schools
- On adhoc basis, to assist RCY divisions with the relevant when required
- Supporting venue setup for RCY Events @ Campsite
- Priority to assist UG with setup of venue in Campsite for event preparation.
- On adhoc basis, to assist RCY divisions with the relevant when required
- Supporting RCY Social Media Plan
- To assist in creation of promotional materials for RCY Events
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
