Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for warmly welcoming patients and visitors, assisting with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. This role ensures excellent customer service, gathers visitor feedback, and supports administrative tasks with computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive visitor experience.

  • Collect and record visitor feedback to improve service quality.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

  • Maintain and update patient records accurately through data entry.

  • Provide administrative support, including filing and managing documents.

  • Address complaints professionally and ensure patient satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols for safety and privacy.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in computer systems for data entry and record management.

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on patient care.
