Job Description

Job Title – Retail Operations Executive

Job Role Description

The Retail Operations Executive to be responsible for day-to-day operations in stores, participating in any sales campaigns and delivering a smooth customer experience by aligning the fulfilment of the store’s sales target orders. Additionally, he/she will work alongside with the Retail Operations Manager in setting up new stores or pop-up events and overseeing the fulfillments of the sales inventory across all stores.

 

This job responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

  • Work closely with HQ teams and Stakeholders.
  • Maintain smooth operations & standard of work.
  • Coordinate & facilitate the establishment of new stores & pop-ups event.
  • Collaborate & provide feedback to Management.
  • Ensure both food hygiene standards and work safety are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and licensing requirements pertaining to the sale and promotion of alcoholic beverages, copy of latest licenses are put up in-store and stay updated on industry regulations.
  • Monitor SOH by store, inventory movements and ensuring adequate levels of stock and in-demand skus to be represented in all stores represented in assigned area.
  • Manage and maintain the SOH inventory, financial or other assets of property of the company to reduce & eliminate any losses or wastage.
  • Ensuring shelves, displays and wine racks are regularly dusted, organized and visually appealing with proper labeling.
  • Create visually appealing wine displays, highlighting featured wines, promotions and tasting notes.
  • Perform checks of the store’s cleanliness, count and reconcile cash register, review, and update any necessary reports or documentation.
  • Upsell, cross-sell related products and inform & promote in-house promotions, members program and upcoming events to customer.
  • Ensure quality customer service experience is provided across the stores, enquiries are handled quickly and effectively.
  • Assist the team and address customer issues efficiently.
  • Setting a positive example, demonstrating integrity, and inspiring your team members to perform at their best.
  • Enhance communication skills and create a positive and productive communication environment within the team, leading to better understanding, collaboration, and overall success in the store.
  • Any other operational duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Prior 1 experience in wine sales is preferred or experience in F&B and/or wine bar.
  • Passion in wines
  • WSET certified, food and hygiene certificate, class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
  • Well organized and good team player
  • Serviced oriented and self-motivated
  • 6 days/ 44 hours work week
