Job Description

Reporting to Manager, Knowledge Management, Customer Support. At the Digital Innovation & Support division, the team strive to constantly innovate and deliver excellent customer service to our customers on our digital platforms.  This internship opportunity allows the intern to have first-hand experience with our in-house AI Chatbot, Chatbot analytics and Digital Customer Journeys.:-

What will you be doing:

• Analytics and solutioning on customer interactions to improve customer experience by improving Chatbot intelligence and content. 

• Partnering with the various business and IT teams in the delivery of new Chatbot features.

• Creating and helping to implement digital journey roadmaps based on business priorities and customer needs.

You should be :

• Business Undergraduate from a local university/polytechnics, with a specialization/ major in Business / Human Resource, Business Analytics, Mathematical Science, Data Science, Information Systems & Analytics or Statistics preferred;

• Proficient in Technical/ Professional Skills (Excel, Tableau, Customer Analytics Non-Technical / Soft Skills, Numerical and Analytical Other Task-Specific Knowledge, Customer Service Oriented)

• Strong analytical skills
