The intern will join the Group IT team and partake in the Incident Management and Reporting project.
Through the internship, the intern will be reporting and tracking of vendor SLA in the area of service management.
The intern will learn:
- Learn about Singtel core systems that supports key sales and operations
- Opportunity to work with various vendors in Accenture, AMDOCS and Netcracker, both onsite and offshore
- Master the skill of tracking and reporting
The student should possess:
Passionate and willing to learn, Powerpoint, Spreadsheets.

We are looking for students that are able to commit for minimally 6 months.
