Reporting to Team Manager, Singtel Call Centre: -
What will you be doing:
- Handling of Public enquiries for Land Transport Authority.
- Provide first call resolution and handle real time incidents that impact road, traffic and commuters experience.
What will you gain from the project:
- Understand how government agencies work in cross agency cases
- Able to learn SOP / policies on LTA/MOT.
You should be :
• Diploma Undergraduate from a local polytechnic, with a specialization/ major in Hospitality preferred;
• Ability to display empathy, possessed a public service mind-set and active listening skills,
• Interested and Comfortable in engaging with public.
