Job Description

Scope of project:

To review and build the documentation system for HR records for knowledge management 

Key Tasks/Activities: 

  • To identify and develop a structure of HR knowledge management framework for audit compliance.
  • To assist and work with HR colleagues on reformatting and alignment of data collection for proper documentation. 
  • Liaise with respective stakeholders to collect, track, and update all relevant information required for documentation in system. 
  • Support HR shared services in ensuring proper physical records are placed in accordance with audit compliance. This includes reviewing, updating, and preparing checklists to ensure documents are properly recorded. 
  • Plan, schedule and assist to conduct internal checks on all HR documentation to meet policies’ requirements. Recommend and follow up on closing the gaps.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Organised and meticulous with attention to details 
  • Good time management and planning skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
