- Master / Doctorate degree holder in social sciences from a reputable university
- Designing a strong research agenda focused on lifelong learning research
- Contribute to the success of the data collection work of the research projects as assigned by the PI
- Leading research studies which collect and analyse interview data
- Tracking literature and research developments in the field
- Presenting research work to internal and external stakeholders in research papers or journals
