Job Description

• Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable functions 
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person 
• Handle of financial reports for any assigned entities
• Handle full spectrum of accounting matters including management reporting, taxation and monthly accounts closing 
• Assist in intercompany billing and reconcile
• Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and professional advisors on related matters 
• Preparation of GST 
• Preparation for tax schedules and assist in the replies to tax agent 
• Any adhoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting discipline
• 3 years minimum working experience in accounting role handling full set of accounts
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and manage full set of accounts
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Proficient in Business Central System will be a plus
