Singfar International Pte Ltd – Business Analyst Intern

Essential Functions:

• Assist in project documentation of user requirement specifications
• Manage business applications related projects, including user acceptance tests, integration between systems and data migration
• Coordinate and create test scenarios and test cases
• Analyze, investigate and manage queries relating to daily operational transactions, reports, interfaces and enhancements
• Assist to develop up-to-date SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations
• Work closely with third party vendors and consultants on system troubleshooting or workflow processes to achieve holistic goal
• Provide assistance in planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded business applications
• Perform query jobs, generate data statistics or dashboards and generate weekly reports
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Diploma in Computing Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• Basic understanding in Power BI knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player and able to influence others to move towards consensus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task and under tight schedule
• Have a quality mind set with acute attention-to-details skills
• Self-starter with a keen sense of urgency with an open mind to learn
