• Hands on experience in email marketing - conceptualize, execute and report on email marketing campaigns. Working with established clients on their eDMs.
• Customer analytics – pick up customer behavioral insights through analysis of big data and leverage on these to increase targeting. Keep abreast of trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Campaign reporting – review campaign metrics and prepare management reports to aid understanding of campaign performance and ROIs.
Skills/competencies required:
• Strong communication ability and willingness to learn
• Highly meticulous
• Strong analytical ability and good with numbers
• Keen interest in email marketing/eCommerce-related systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with HTML or SQL coding would be a plus!
