Singrow Pte Ltd is an Agri-tech start-up with own IP proprietary seedling and novel Agri-technologies farming spanning all aspects from breeding, cultivation, pollination, crop monitoring to harvesting (with AI-assisted robotics, IoT and data analytics). We develop vertical farming in neutralizing carbon footprint, year-round supply, premium taste, pesticides free and promoting socials.
We are looking for young talents who are passionate in innovating and disrupting the food supply chain with “locally produced fresh premium fruits and vegetables at consumer doorsteps”.
We don’t see our interns any differently from one of us. If you’re up for it, lead teams, craft strategies or drive new initiatives. The sky’s the limit.
What you'll do
- Assist under directions of senior leadership in the development of business strategies by using trends and market opportunities.
- Understand client needs and have a hands-on approach in developing innovative approaches in order to attract and onboard new clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and their capabilities as well as knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products
- Develop client sales pitch decks based on client needs
- Ideate, design and execute marketing outreach deliverables - from digital to print. (Social media content, EDMs, banners, catalogues and posters. Etc)
- Manage & control budget for advertising & promotion on social media and advertisements/printed materials
What you'll need
- Minimum Diploma or ITE in Business, Marketing or related studies
- Self-initiative in innovation and critical thinking
- A creative flair for design aesthetics
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Positive, team-oriented, and dynamic
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Unconventional and fearless with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Analytical and knowledge in using analytical tool will be advantages but not required
- Full-time interns 3 - 6 months required
