Founded in July 2009, the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd (SSTEC) is the master developer of the Tianjin Eco-City. It is a 50-50 joint venture between a Chinese Consortium led by Tianjin TEDA Investment Holding Co., Ltd and a Singapore Consortium led by the Keppel Group. As master developer, SSTEC works closely with the governments and private sectors of China and Singapore, as well as other international partners, to plan and develop the Eco-City. SSTEC is committed to building a sustainable Eco-City that is ecologically friendly, socially harmonious and resource efficient. Its role includes the development of infrastructure, residential, industrial and commercial properties.

Job Description
  • Responsible for identifying potential investors and partners/multipliers across different geographical markets and industries and cultivate relationships with them by developing joint sales, marketing and promotional activities.
  • Responsible for securing new tenants/investors for office and industrial spaces, as well as other business assets under the portfolio of the Economic Promotion department; investment promotion; engagement & relationship management of potential and existing clients; organise marketing & promotion activities; and perform relevant economic/market research.
  • Manage several support initiatives to award assistance programmes to operations which meet desired objectives in line with Eco City’s mission.
  • Work closely and coordinate with internal departments to ensure satisfactory account management with a common goal to achieve financial and business KPIs for the Company.
  • Manage administration of Singapore Office such as courier of mails, processing of billings, managing expenditure and costs of Singapore Office.
  • Provide administrative support to HR such as onboarding of Singaporean new hires including arrangement for Pre-employment Medical Check-up, Visa application, sea shipment/courier services for personal belongings; following up on Expats' insurance claims and arranging delivery of newborn gifts/ hospitalisation gifts/ wreaths.
  • Any other additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
  • Organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented and able to demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with mandarin-speaking counterparts. Confident in conducting presentations and briefings independently
