Skilfinity – Sales Associate – APAC

Position: 1

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound discovery calls and emails
• Work with sales lead for development and closure of leads.
• Hunt opportunities to cross-sell and upsell within the current client base.
• Work with the delivery team to be the first line of support during account on-boarding.
• Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities and achieve company and individual KPI goals

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 0.6-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably digital agencies
• Knowledge and passion in Web and Digital Analytics is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Excellent communicator, a fast learner and self-starter who is highly adaptable
• Ability to take internal & external (clients) and teams from confusion to clarity
• Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with customer
