Business Development and Marketing Intern

Job Description
Do you want to gain experience developing, overseeing, and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets in the APAC region? Do you want to get exposure to creating and executing business development & marketing strategies? We are looking for a pro-active and entrepreneurial candidate that is looking to be challenged and is eager to learn.
Your role
As a member of the team, you will play an active role in supporting the Client Solutions Director in running the APAC business development undertakings such as the masterclasses, industry events and client engagement activities in terms of:
- Building and maintaining client databases through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and SAP tools
- Organizing and co-moderating client communities in Slackgroups
- Building battlecards (i.e. company and client profiles of target clients per market)
- Support in the masterclass roadshow across key cities in APAC
- Monitoring competitive intelligence information
- Help in the planning and early set-up of the 2019 business development and marketing plans
Although predominantly tasked with business development and marketing work, you will also be tasked to help (senior) project managers with market research projects and/or proposals. In general, 80% of the time will be spend on business development and 20% on market research projects.

Your profile
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic team player with the following profile:

- Comfortable interacting with senior management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Authorization to work in Singapore
- Full time preferred by part-time (3-4 days a week) will also be considered
