• Working location: Tuas West Street, Singapore 637446
• Monthly basic salary: SGD2000~2200
• Work week: 5 days, Mondays to Fridays
• Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm

 Job Responsibilities

• Execute daily receiving, replenishment & shipping plan according to production plan for the day, ensure completion of tasks in a timely and orderly manner
• Ensure production records (receiving documents, shipping documents, inventory documents) are updated and compliance to company’s requirement
• Report finding on quality and abnormalities to superior without delay
• Conduct Weekly & Monthly system Health Check
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and others on matters of collection/delivery
• Co-ordinate with internal departments on operational matters
• Perform cycle count administration
• Others task to be assigned by superior

Qualifications

Job Requirement:

• Must possess at least a Secondary School "N" Level/Higher academic in any field
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in warehouse operations
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Adaptable to fast-moving work environment
• Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (eg.Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
• Singaporean
