HR Analytics
- Create the platform/process for the effective analysis of HR data to link HR objectives to strategic business activities.
- Define the list of HR metrics to be measured (including formula and format) and align on the KPIs to be met.
- Determine what data must be collected, what collection methods are available e.g. current system, and how the data will be gathered.
- Review what is being measured on a regular basis to ensure that HR is providing relevant information to the stakeholders.
- Ensure that the data collected, and analysis made complies with audit requirements
- Any other HR related projects/support as assigned
- Promote effective communications among team members within Skyworks Global Pte Ltd (SGPL)Promote SGPL’s employer branding
- Create an HR communications strategy for SGPLCreate both internal and external employer branding communications plan and collaterals, including but not limited to, online bulletins, digital signages, internal blogs & articles, HR noticeboards, All Hands Meeting, etc.
- Conduct HR dialogue sessions with different segments of the SGPL population and devise appropriate action plans to address the HR-related feedback
- Any other HR related projects/support as assigned
