Mission
Reporting to the Head of demand generation, this 6-month internship is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a great, inclusive attitude and strong organisational skills.
Outcomes
- Support CRM strategies, including planning, creative, campaign automation and campaign performance monitoring, to improve customer engagement across all 1:1 channels
- Implement digital marketing tools and KPIs to automate marketing workflows
- Ensure clients database is structured and segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Follow campaign performance, test and learn opportunities and make the necessary adjustments to optimise in-flight performance
- Work closely with marketing and tech team to improve usage of data for audience segmentation and targeting
Competencies
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies / IT or equivalent
- Self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented team player
- Tech savvy and willing to explore digital marketing world
- Possess the drive to overcome challenges in a start-up environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory
