Job Description

As a Retail Sales Intern at SLG, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, showcase our innovative smart home products, and drive in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding and selecting smart home products that best meet their needs.

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Support the maintenance and presentation of the retail store, including product displays and inventory management.

  • Participate in sales promotions and events to boost customer engagement and drive foot traffic.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma or Certification in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

  • Interest in smart home technology and retail is a plus.

  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic retail environment.
