SmartCommerce – Accounts and Customer Service

·If you are accounts trained and yet enjoy meeting customers.  Here’s your ideal job.

·We are hiring talent with basic accounting, internet savvy and customer service skills.

·Use internet search engine, tele-marketing and email campaigns to generate leads.

·Onboard 5 customers per week. Handhold customers in product training.

·Address customer enquiry on product function and feature questions.

·Generate business proposal, quotation, invoice and receipts.

·Process supplier invoices, receipts, payments and reconciliation of statements.

·Orientation.  2 weeks of product, internet marketing and onboard process training will be provided.  

·Knowledge of photoshop, social media, e-commerce and internet savvy huge advantage. 

·People person, strong communication, basic accounting and well groomed.

·Impeccable attention to detail.

·Opportunity for travel to Indonesia, Thailand, Korea and Vietnam marketing events.

· Assistant to company director.

· This person has to be an independent worker, resourceful and a self-starter.
