Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and respond to whatsapp inquiries.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and registration processes.
Handle feedback, complaints, or service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain student records, update enrolments, and manage systems.
Support day-to-day administrative operations of the centre.
Sales & Marketing:
Understand the full range of courses offered and confidently promote them to prospective clients.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing clients to encourage sign-ups and re-enrolments.
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (preferably in the education industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to work on weekends (10am - 6pm) and Tue, Thu & Fri (3 - 9pm)
Rate: $9 - 12 per hour depending on experiences.
