- Provides customer support via live chat,email or chatbox.
- Handle walk-in customers if any
- Fulfilment of orders
- Assists In managing different online sales channels by optimizing and creating of product listings.
- Assists In digital marketing campaigns ( Google , Facebook , Newsletter )
- Assists in social media scheduling, content creation , giveaway etc.
- Assists In creating/editing videos/images for ads copy and for the online
