Responsibilities:
Manage inventory logistics, ensuring orders are packed and shipped out accurately and on time.
Record inbound and outbound inventories accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, identifying and resolving customer problems related to the buying process, among others
Follow up with customers to ensure technical problems are resolved.
Provide repair and technical support for pet electronics products for walk-in customers
Fix hardware issues (training provided).
equirements:Detail-oriented and positive attitude.Willingness to learn.

Class 3 driving license (a plus, not required).
Salary: $1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per month
