Job Description

SmartSites SG is seeking an Assistant Digital Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility to work a minimum of 6 hours per day on a schedule that suits you, along with the convenience of working remotely from a comfortable and adaptable environment. As our Assistant Digital Content Manager, you'll contribute to a team that values creativity and quality content creation.

Remuneration and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $10 USD (approximately $13 SGD), with the opportunity to increase your earnings based on the hours you work. The more hours you commit, the more you can earn. With a base salary starting at $1200 USD (around $1500 SGD) per month, your financial rewards will grow as your commitment increases.

While experience in writing and editing is preferred, we also welcome candidates new to the field. We provide training and support via Google Meet sessions and pre-recorded instructional videos.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assigning writing tasks to our team of writers.
  • Managing writers to ensure tasks are submitted on time.
  • Proofreading and editing articles produced by our writers.
  • Applying SEO guidelines to optimize content.
  • Managing the submission process of articles.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Excellent management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to complete a writing prompt as part of the selection process.
