You will work in the operations team as a tuition coordinator, in which your role will be to help us to receive, manage, and close tuition assignments. You do not have to source for new clients, but handle any incoming tutor requests through our website or phone calls.

The learning experience will enrich you on all facets of business, particular how the ground operations work in a fast-paced service business.

You will be exposed to working life in an SME/Modern Start-up environment, working in a team setting, to gain valuable skills in business development and administration, customer service, administration and sales.

The training activities/job scope involves the following:

- Delivering excelent customer service and experience 

- Auditing Operation flow (discussion, department meeting and brain-storming session)

- Prospecting customers

- Following up on sales leads 

- Coordinating with team members 

- Performing administrative work 

The job will require the following

– Excellent communication skills

- Basic computer/administrative skill (word, excel, google docs) 

– Good team player

– Willing to learn and adapt
