We are seeking candidates for the role of a Business Development executive at our organisation. The main skills and responsibilities for the role will incorporate the following:
As a Business Development Executive, we expect you to have good sales and key account management skills. You will be the face of this company for Singapore and need to be confident and skilled at building relationships with Clients and Contractors.
Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through permanent and contingency staffing solution.
Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager.
Understand the roles and skills. Learn and evaluate candidate skills
Ascertaining the competence of candidates against the job description
SALES
Search new opportunities and sales channels on the market
Deliver sales, fulfil individual set sales target and develop own network of clients
Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities
Monitor field information and trends in the markets, customers, products, prices and competitor activity and regularly report it to the company as agreed
Maintain appropriate communication with customers and create brand loyalty through regular follow-up
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Salary : 3000 S$ + commissions + 100S$ allowance
