Smoof Pte Ltd – Merchandiser

• Placing of Frozen products in Freezer
• Responsible for recommending/taking sales order, replenishment of stocks in the retail outlet
• Build good working relationship with store & key personnel in Supermarket
• Executing distribution of listed products and the execution of sales and marketing program to achieve monthly sales and category target.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct visits to Supermarkets, provide excellent service, and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all products.
• Ensure all Smoof product are well merchandised with adequate level of stocks at home bay as well as displays.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of product.
• Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and right promo window.
• Provide feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor's activities accordingly or any other updates.
• Liase with supermarket staff for a strategic location of any pop up booths/roadshows and supporting promoters during the event.
• Manage and provide documentation for store returns and trade deals.

Requirements:

1. Secondary education
2. At least 1 year of working experience in Fairprice
3. Required skill: Merchandiser experience in supermarket FMCG industry
4. Friendly and sociable personality
5. Able to work independently
6. Willing to travel islandwide
7. Working hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

9. Additional pay: Concession Transport allowance + Performance Bonus

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
