Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end order fulfilment:
Order picking & packing, card writing, ribbon tying, shipping label printing, and getting ready for dispatch
Ensure all deliveries are matched and dispatched timely and with great care
Provide briefing to delivery agents on how to handle the box, what to take note of at the point of delivery, and other key SOP when they collect the items
Coordinate with recipient/sender in the event the delivery agent has difficulty accessing the delivery location, or if there are other delivery issues (eg. the delivery agent is running late, etc.)
Track delivery status till all the deliveries for the day have been completed
Provide end-of-day daily updates on orders & deliveries status to team leaders
Alert team leaders on any delivery issue encountered in the day that requires further follow-up with customers
Ensure the workplace is organised and cleaned after each day
Other tasks:
Receive inventory, count stock as per Delivery Order, and organise them in the storage
Perform weekly inventory count
Assist team leaders to coordinate with business partners & suppliers for inventory topup, stock availability check, and other related projects
Proactively propose and implement new ideas to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Assist team leaders with customer support and coordination for both online orders and corporate orders
Track delivery fee and delivery quality trend over time for long-term discussion and evaluation of logistic partners
Other ad-hoc duties tasked by team leaders

Neat handwriting (for the card writing)
