Our client is a growing network that facilitates impactful investments in Asia. With representatives across the world and an increasing number of members, they seek to address social challenges present in today's society through strategic and outcome-focused approaches.

The Job

Reporting to the Capital Mobilisation Director, you will be working on a member-only platform that helps members collaborate and co-invest in projects with Social Purpose Organisations (SPO).

You will also be responsible for :

• Coordinating with stakeholders to process new submissions or refresh existing deal information
• Maintaining communications with these stakeholders on deal-related information
• Updating the deal pages on the website to ensure deals on the platform are kept relevant
• Building and maintaining a database to track and analyse engagement, as well as reporting use
• Extracting key data for sharing with programme partners
• Monitoring organisational status to ensure that information remains accurate
• Shortlisting and recommending SPOs from the database for relevant resources presented by our members
• Conducting basic landscape research of the latest happenings of social investment activities

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in project and/or data management.
• You are able to distil and synthe key information to process deal information.
• You have an eye for details, and provide structure to the deal processing work.
• You are an expert user in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and familiar with Salesforce.
• You are skilled in copywriting and communications.
• You demonstrate competency in time management and prioritising within multiple projects.
• You have a passion for driving social change and tackling challenges in the social sector ecosystem.
