The Job
In this role you will be wearing multiple hats to be our:
- Community Connector - where you will be required to build, foster and support a cohesive and collaborative community of members; be aware of their needs to facilitate new connections and business opportunities; be present at all community events, encouraging participation and facilitating connections; providing a “Members Obsessed” level of service; coordinating with other departments including sales, marketing, facilities, IT, for various projects; acting as the main point of contact for members on day to day basis; providing feedback loop to Memberships and Operations Manager on members' needs; connecting members to each other and to partners where appropriate.
- Operations Ninja - where you will be responsible for opening the space for operations and / or closing the space at the end of the business day; supporting the team in welcoming members to our space; building relationships; managing members onboarding and off-boarding processes; managing front desk operations such as answering phone calls and enquiries; handling incoming and outgoing mails; managing meeting room bookings and ensuring that the space is ready at all times; assisting with billing members and answering to queries with a high standard of customer service; acting as a representative of our brand; conducting site walk-throughs to ensure that facilities standards are maintained – from meeting room set up, to site cleanliness, to making sure our pantry is fully equipped; maintaining office equipment, stationery, pantry supplies & provisions.
- Go-to for activities such as - providing admin and secretarial support in calendar management, meeting coordination, events coordination; keeping inventory of marketing collaterals; informing FM when supplies run low; working with Sales and Operations Manager to set up and prepare the appropriate office spaces for new members; other administrative work as required.
The Profile
- Experience within Community Management and similar roles would be a strong advantage.
- You are extremely organised with excellent networking & relationship building skills.
- You are an easy going and bubbly individual with excellent communication abilities.
- Good computer skills like - MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint is required along with a service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
