Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.

The Job

You will own customer operations in Singapore and will be responsible for:

• Contacting new customers to explain them how the product works and showing them the benefits.
• Proactively contacting customers throughout the onboarding process to support them.
• Handling inbound queries from customers and providing technical and product support via multiple channels like - email, chat, whatsapp & phone.
• Liaising with internal and external teams to drive customer resolution.
• Reporting customer inquiries to create a feedback loop including - bugs, product feature requests and process improvement suggestions.
