The Job

Being the point of contact for assigned clients, you will build a strong rapport with clients and ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will also be responsible for :

• Providing clients with ongoing market updates and engaging with your clients via both offline and online touchpoints.
• Generating sales among client accounts as well as identifying and driving upsell opportunities to maximise portfolio performance.
• Identifying new businesses through referrals
• Developing a strong understanding of diverse range of FX products and online platforms available
• Formulating strategic account plans as well as forecasting and tracking client account metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams on clients’ opportunities and issues to deliver and exceed customers’ expectations.

The Profile

• You have a Diploma/Degree of any discipline with ideally 2 years experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates with a passion for Foreign Exchange & Sales are encouraged to apply
• You have a strong interest in Corporate FX Sales or Dealing, derivatives, hedging and options
• You are comfortable having face-to-face meetings with your business clients to explore their needs and present solutions
• You have good communication skills with the ability to give presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
• You are capable of managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards
• You are an excellent team player with project management skills
