The Job

We are currently looking to hire results driven Account Executives to join our team and be responsible for driving revenue and customer growth by discovering, qualifying, building relationships, negotiating, and onboarding new clients.

 

Your Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Delivering on monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by your Sales Development (SDR) colleagues as well as your own prospecting.
  • Nurturing prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to trial and close
  • Building and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and post sales cycles.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
  • Engaging across teams to coordinate marketing and sales activities
  • Updating the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.

 

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

 

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the HR Tech industry. Experience selling to Founders and /or Senior HR professionals is a strong plus.
  • You have a strong understanding & ideally an established network within the Asia startup ecosystem.
  • You have prior experience in a full-cycle sales experience selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders
  • You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRMs (eg. Salesforce)
  • You are results driven, tenacious and a strong team player.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience and can work effectively in a fully remote, international environment
