The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger and bank reconciliation, Admin duties;
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports;
• Support audit and tax queries;
• Liaise with banks on banking transactions;
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations;
• Support the Operational Team.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience;
• Fresh graduates may apply;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• Familiar with tax regulations in Singapore
• Hands-on experience in accounting systems such as Oracle and SAP would be an advantage;
• Those who can start work immediately are preferred.
