The Job

• In charge of accounts payable function including book keeping of supplier invoices, prepare payments and etc
• In charge of staff reimbursement
• In charge of inter-company transactions and balances
• Prepare credit memo for sales return
• Prepare monthly expenses accrual journals
• Prepare monthly management reports schedules and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly supplier reconciliations and liaise with vendors if there are any discrepancies
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare GST reporting
• Assist to liaise with auditors/tax agents
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Meticulous, committed and detail oriented
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
