The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
- Handling employer travel arrangements, including airline reservations, hotel arrangements, and pick-up and drop-off work.
- Responsible for the employer's Singapore residence and company operating expenses, including but not limited to utility bills, property fees, etc.
- Assist employers in purchasing office or household goods, and provide goods in accordance with the employer's requirements.
Ideal Candidate
Skills required:
- You must hold a Bachelor's degree or above (a college degree is acceptable for those with strong abilities).
- You must be fluent in English and Chinese in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
- You must be career-minded, stress-resistant, strong initiative, and flexible.
- You must have the ability to arrange life and travel, experience in travel companies or five-star hotels is preferred.
- You must have a good work ethic and teamwork spirit
