The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and Maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions in networking and contact center settings
• Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards.
• Support network Infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance.
• Assist customers in patch updates, printing and submitting reports.
• Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters.
• Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.
• Develop application for contact center.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT or Professional Certification in related field.
• Fresh graduates in related field will be considered for this role as training will be provided.
• Possess knowledge of the programming languages such as Java, JavaScript and dotnet.
• Familiar with Web Applications: Angular, HTML, CSS and REST APIs.. 
• Experience in IT infrastructure, networking setup and Contact Center environment is advantageous.
• Possess effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage project stakeholders.
