The Job
Our client is currently hiring Software professionals who are looking for a change in profile or technology & want to pursue a career in Business Intelligence & Analytics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Able to implement business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, model and develop document and process-driven applications using BI solutions.
- Implementation & demonstration of BI Solutions.
- Provide Training & Support to the customers.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in SQL & RDBMS Experience (or) JavaScript, HTML & CSS, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, ETL (or) any programming technologies.
- Should have a good understanding of the SDLC Project life cycle
- Exposure to Qlikview / BI is desirable but not a must
- Functional knowledge about the KPI indicators for different industry Verticals like Pharma, Finance & Accounting, Manufacturing etc. will be added advantage
- Understanding Stored Procedures and Functions will be added advantage.
- Understanding any BI tool is added advantage (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to churning data through Excel or any other data tool will be added advantage.
- You possess a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
- You have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within a Data Analyst, IT Consulting or Data Engineer role.
- Demonstrated experience working with large and complex data sets as well as experience analyzing volumes of data.
- You have good presentation and communication skills and the ability to present your findings clearly and accessibly in the form of reports and presentations to senior colleagues.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You possess strong knowledge of PL / SQL, Python, R, SQL, Java and Javascript.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
Job Mandates:
- On the Job - Three months of training will be provided to the selected candidates.
- Bond will be applicable from the date of Joining
- Candidate should be open to travel as per project requirements (both domestic & International)
- This is a permanent position directly on the payroll of the company.
- Willing to sign 24 months of Indemnity Bond with the organization including the training period of 3 months
