The Job
Job Responsibilities
- Fully utilize in-house system to perform cost in and cost approval for Air Freight shipments and Logistics & CBRF shipments
- Process invoice billing and mail to customers
- Ensure information is correct for billing and invoicing accuracy
- Attend to billing queries
- Prepare cheque and petty cash requirement
- Other assignments assigned by the Management
Ideal Candidate
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1 year related working experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Prior Experience in Logistics Environment will be an added advantage
