The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
• Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Providing innovative architectural design consultations to clients.
• Developing initial concept designs and renderings based on briefs to deliver powerful client presentations.
• Identifying and resolving technical design issues and overseeing teams to ensure implementation is in line with design specifications.
• Understanding requirements and providing electrical design solutions.
• Creating electrical schematics, layouts, and other grid plans.
• Ensuring electrical design is in line with safety standards.
• Conceptualising and delivering landscape architecture for a variety of projects.
• Preparation of design, presentation materials as well as technical documentation for design development.

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
